Is hardcore dance a favourite of the swimming body as a whole or do you like other types of music. So my question to you is: What type of music do you like and why????????

I'm not too keen on dance music. gets annoying and gives me a headache. I like R&B and normal pop and rock songs. Reason: cuz I like them...and...well.. cant think of much else to say!!

i was under the impression that most swimmers would like dance because of the rush and exciting feeling of it especially trance and hardcore as it is so energetic but i get that ur afraid of wat it might lead to as most of ur friends, like sheep, follow what is popular at the moment. There is also the drug scene surrounding dance especially the types i like which i get you may have sworn the magical athletes outh of never doig nething to damage ur body. but E's ar jus concentrated amounts of caffine and amphetamines most of which can be found in childrens sweets they just arent as strong

Thank god for hannah miley... dance music is sooo repetitive and annoying. I just like normal stuff... sorry if you think that's boring... pop and rock is good for me. Mostly because they're not too annoying unless they're overplayed!
PS good luck at european juniors hannah!

dj hixxy, styles and breeze r da bestestest and most ghetto but its become alot more commerial all of a sudden cause of 'Clubland Extreme Hardcore' which went to the top of the albumn charts here last week. There's less raves and more oragnised club's putting on gigs.

At least be rude to me on a forum i didnt start and there's an awful lot to learn about life before you can can afford to be playing on silly forums and entertaining me while trying to justify your childhood. So michael's advice for today is:

Do more revision.

mike, sonny, GET A LIFE!!!

Posted by Mike the pike on June 12, 2005 - 01:36 CET
Spreekt heel goede engels. You're all very funny but i can't keep responding to your banter so whatever point you are trying to make you have to sort of explain for example:

"mike, sonny, GET A LIFE!!!" tells me nothing other than you wish to make it aware to everyone else that you can speak english.Thats very good. Well done. Have a sweety. etc.

Almost all music is good. Its all about the mood. Rock is good. All kinds from metal to classic to indie. Techno is great for late nights working on homework. Some rap is ok, but only for 5 minites or less. Country is to be listened to only on Stampede Week (in Calgary, its a citywide party where we dress up as cowboys, ride the midway, and watch rodeos). There is no exceptions to this last rule.

I listen to most rock/metal/punk/emo etc. stuff

however, when stretching before a race ("getting in the zone") I listen to dance/trance etc. I think it just helps go fast when you sing it to yourself in a race, well... maybe that's just me that does that...

I hate hardcore. I love hiphop, rock, pop, r&b, but I HATE hardcore.

I have to admit that I've just downloaded Hardcore Adrenaline for the regional champs...
